Many students require the use of pictures to help them in visualising and understanding Math concepts. This is especially true for lower primary kids. Here, I will share with you more examples on the usage of pictures and diagrams in helping your child to learn Math more easily.

It is important to be able to clearly express one’s ideas and convey them effectively to your audience. In Singapore, most kindergarten students would have their first taste of Show-and-Tell sessions where they bring an item to class and share their thoughts on it with their classmates. This continues in the lower primary classes where students find themselves having similar sessions.

I am going to share with you an approach on how to tackle data-based question which is another common item tested in Science PSLE or P4 to P6 school-based Science exam papers. Other than not interpreting the data correctly, students tend to make the common mistakes of not including the data given in explaining an observation. As a result, a lot of students lose unnecessary marks in examinations.

A group discussion tends to be somewhat less formal (serious) than a meeting. However, this does not mean that it is simply a casual chat among students when the teacher calls for one.
